Our Team
Dr. Kathleen Kinney graduated from the Southern California College of Optometry and has been practicing as a developmental optometrist in the Pacific Northwest since 1993. Dr. Kinney is a member of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development and was board certified as a Fellow (FCOVD) of this organization in 1998. She has served on the Board of Directors of COVD and on the Exam and Certification Board of COVD. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Optometric Physicians of Washington, Parents Active for Vision Education (PAVE) and the Optometric Extension Program.
Peggy McAteer is board certified as an Optometric Vision Therapist (COVT) by the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. She received her bachelor’s degree in political theory and is a licensed massage practitioner. Peggy enjoys helping each patient gain greater insight into the thinking and seeing process.
